About the event
Our times of complexity and disruption demand a new concept of leadership.
Emergent leadership has a different profile than conventional leadership. When the entire social and economic environment is volatile and uncertain, command and control give way to cooperative relationships in a network, and imposed authority gives way to leadership that emerges from the collective and is at its service.
This new leadership needs to have empathy and systemic vision, as well as clarity of purpose, communication and long-term vision. He legitimizes himself by his acts and knowledge and is not supported by his position. Emerging leadership is distributed and rotating and is guided by a vision that goes beyond short-term results and seeks the common good.
Are we preparing these leaders?
Come and participate in this virtual meeting to discuss the profile and role of the new leadership.
