What is the purpose of this publication?
This publication aims to offer practical tools and a clear roadmap for applying innovation in the daily routine of public service. By organizing methodologies such as the Double Diamond, the guide enables the creation of solutions that are desirable for people, technically feasible, and financially viable, generating real and sustainable public value.

Our goal is to strengthen institutional capacities so that innovation ceases to be a one-off event and becomes part of the organizational culture, supporting more informed decision-making in the face of recurring problems in public administration.
