Theory of Change and Strategic Planning for the B Lab Global Network


Development of a Theory of Change and strategic planning for the global B Lab network, which seeks to change the global economic system and the role of companies within it, and whose main product is the certification of B Corporations. The participatory process and co-construction took place through dozens of workshops with members from 7 regions and more than 50 countries, in addition to consultations with hundreds of stakeholders, over more than 6 months of work.
