Ten years ago, Sense-Lab was born. It was created from the ideal of bringing strategy and innovation to the field of socio-environmental impact through processes of dialogue and synthesis of collective ideas. We were born believing that conversations change the world and that all social transformation begins with interaction between people.
What is the purpose of this publication?
1. To help organizations focused on solving collective problems and generating positive change in the world to think strategically and manage more effectively to deliver on their purpose.
2. To encourage organizations to think more ambitiously and consequently about their impacts, escape the trap of managing based on deliverables and commitments, and refocus their attention on the intended transformations.
3. To increase the understanding among leaders of impact organizations regarding the importance of strategic management.
4. To align/generate alignment among team members within organizations regarding the importance of strategic management.
5. So that organizations can communicate their purpose and strategies in a simple and clear way.
